Thanks to Steve Buchanan for creating the Two Hundred Lunges PocketMod and for allowing me to share it with everyone here.

Steve incorporated the initial lunges test plus each of the six week workouts into a very cool PocketMod; a tiny booklet that is printed on a single sheet of paper.

To download the Two Hundred Lunges PocketMod, "right click" the following link and select "Save Link As" (Firefox & Chrome) or "Save Target As" (Internet Explorer & Opera).

Once you've printed the file, visit the PocketMod web site for specific folding instructions - you'll be amazed at the end result!
